LRZ Sports was founded by Walt Podgurski, an All-American wrestler, Miami University Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, lifelong athlete, and entrepreneur.

After spending a lifetime in sports—as a competitor, teammate, coach, parent, and fan—he came to believe that the greatest value of competition isn't found in trophies or medals.

It's found in the people it brings into our lives...

...and the character it leaves behind.

That belief became LRZ Sports.
